We will make every effort to accommodate your requirements, but if the centre is full we will offer alternative dates and/or venues, on the same terms, so there is no extra charge to you. And with 1000 centres in 75 countries it unlikely that we cannot meet your requirements. However should no alternative be suitable you can of course cancel the order with a full refund.
Please note once a reservation has been confirmed, standard meeting room cancellation policies will apply. These will be explained to you at the time of booking.
